TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION:

 

The RWYA DAILY App is offering a 1 Year Anniversary prize draw.

Participation in the prize draw is possible during the Anniversary week from Sep. 1 - Sep. 8, 2023. The winners will be drawn on Sep. 9, 2023.

 

The prizes are:

Seven free Lifetime Memberships for the RWYA DAILY App: Free unlimited access (RWYA DAILY PLUS) as long as the RWYA DAILY App is available in the stores.

 

§ 1 Competition/rights of use

 

Participants take part in the competition by writing an email (to info@rwyadaily.com) 

about what they love the most about the RWYA DAILY App or its impact on their lives and fulfilling the conditions of participation. Participation must take place within the period stated in the competition. Participants are responsible for the accuracy of their email addresses in particular.

The RWYA DAILY App organizes the competition. 

 

§ 2 Participants

 

Persons over the age of 18 are entitled to participate. 

In order to participate in the competition, the participants' email address must be correct.

 

§ 3 Implementation and handling

 

The winners will be randomly selected on Sep. 9, 2023, among all participants of the Anniversary Prize Draw.

The winners will be notified after Sep. 8, 2023 by the operators of the RWYA DAILY App via email.

The prize, one of seven free RWYA DAILY - Lifetime Memberships, will be activated after the winner has registered in the RWYA DAILY App with the same email address that has been used to participate in the Anniversary Prize Draw.

If a participant has already purchased a monthly or yearly subscription of RWYA DAILY PLUS, the prize will be activated after the end of the current subscription period.

A cash payment of the winnings or a possible substitute for the winnings is not possible in any case.

The claim to the prize cannot be assigned.

The legal process is excluded.

 

§ 4 Premature termination of the competition

 

The RWYA DAILY App reserves the right to cancel or terminate the competition at any time without prior notice and without giving reasons. The RWYA DAILY App will make use of this option in particular if the proper execution of the prize draw cannot be guaranteed for technical or legal reasons. 

 

§ 5 Data protection

 

Participation in the competition is not possible without providing the email address. No other personal data is necessary.

We will use your email address to correspond with you (e.g. to notify you of your win). The personal data will be used by us only for the purposes of the Anniversary Prize Draw. By entering the competition, you agree that we may process and use your personal data for the purposes of the prize draw.

As a matter of principle, your personal data will not be passed on to third parties, not even in extracts, unless this is required by law or you have given your consent.

§ 6 Liability/Salvatory clause

 

The RWYA DAILY App shall be released from all obligations upon delivery of the prize. 

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions of Participation is or becomes invalid or unenforceable in whole or in part, the validity of the remaining provisions shall not be affected thereby. The same applies if the conditions of participation contain a loophole. In place of the invalid and unenforceable provisions or to fill the loophole, a provision shall apply which, as far as legally possible, comes as close as possible to what the parties to the framework agreement intended or would have intended according to the meaning and purpose of the framework agreement if they had considered the point when concluding the framework agreement.
